It could be useful to collect information about reference points: pictures of the building (to be able to recognise it on a panorama), webpage with description, source of information for the height of the building, etc...
The meta-data associated to a reference point could include:
list of URL
free-form comment
list of photos
Displaying all this information in the UI might not be easy, though.
