This PR allows to move the blue croshair in the main view. It is now easier to point a target point. No more need to move the map, we can move the crosshair.
However, moving the map will still bring the crosshair to the middle of the map.

Cet PR permet de déplacer le point bleu sur la vue main.html. C'est maintenant plus facile de référencer un nouveau point d'intérêt. On n'a plus besoin de bouger la carte, mais uniquement le point bleu.
Cependant, bouger la carte conduit toujours au comportement précédent, à savoir replacer le point bleu au centre de la carte.

J'ai fais des trucs bizare avec mes branches moi... Normalement mes 2 PR sont compatibles.
