#15 Implement a simple view for creating a VPN

Currently, creating a VPN (via the admin interface) is tedious and complicated. The instruction for Illyse has as much as 8 steps: https://www.illyse.org/projects/failocal/wiki/Creation-VPN

We should write a custom view to automate this process. It would only need as input:

  • which member wants a VPN
  • the type of VPN (full price, half price, IPv6-only, etc)
