The Exégètes Amateurs is a non-for-profit working group (a kind of "de facto" association under French law).

Your browsing of this website does not lead to any collection of personal data for which the Exégètes are a controller. However, some data may be collected by third parties (including FDN, as described below) during your browsing.

This website is hosted by [French Data Network (FDN)](https://fdn.fr/mentionslegales/) (in French), who processes your personal data when you browse the websites hosted by FDN, in order to ensure the security of its applications, machines and infrastructures, and to debug in case of failure, dysfunction or inefficient functioning; pursuant to its legitimate interests to have infrastructures in a good shape and to guarantee an efficient service. For this, **FDN stores for 1 week** the webserver "logs" for this website (with daily rotation of files). These logs follow best practices and include some personal data: **your IP address, the date an time of your visit, as well as technical information on each requests and the software used for your visit**. This data is accessible to the webserver admins and is not disclosed voluntarily to any third party. FDN takes all technical and organisational measures necessary to the security of its infrastructures and, therefore, to protect your data, taking into account its thread model and the inherent risks of any public website. 

## Mailing Lists <span id="liste-media">medias</span> and <span id="liste-infos">infos</span> and Other Communication Channels

The Exégètes Amateurs may, with your consent, send you communications by email (or any other communication channels), relating to the Exégètes Amateurs, about their litigations and/or the non-for-profit organisations which they are part of. You may withdraw your consent at any time, including by following links included at the bottom end of each communication by email. Your email address (or any other identifier) is not stored for longer than your subscription to each list. Your email address (or other) is only accessible to the lists admins.

## Your Rights and our Obligations

You can exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, limitation and erasure of your data and, on legitimate grounds, object to the processing of your data, by contacting us. You have the right to lodge a complaint to your supervisory authority (e.g. the CNIL). You also have the right to set instructions on the access and processing of your data after your death pursuant to the Act N<sup>o</sup> 78-17 of 6 January 1978. 

Nothing in this page shall limit or exclude the obligations upon the Exégètes Amateurs (or FDN or anyone else) to comply with a legal request of the competent authorities relating to the processing described above. To this date, the Exégètes (nor FDN) have **not** received **any** type of such request with regard to this website or the mailing lists cited above.

The processing of your personal data described in this policy have been notified to the CNIL.

## Further Modifications of this Policy

This page relating to data protection and privacy may be updated at any time to prepare a change of practice in this matter. For any change relating to the processing of data with your consent, you will receive prior notice at least within 15 days by email.
